Maddie has worked in the event, wedding, and hospitality industry for over 7 years and fell in love with wedding planning and design. Out of that passion, Maddie created The Union in 2022. Maddie excels in service and design - she loves connecting with families and bringing unique experiences to life for your memorable day, and she really loves seeing all the hard work pay off. She is thrilled to put all the pieces together alongside you!

Using her extensive wedding planning experience, Tabitha excels in the operations of your big day with an eye for detail and strong experience in vendor management.
